Not sure why I always have bad experiences here. Came at a bad time I’m assuming since there was large lines outside and inside. I understand employees are stressed, but if I’m not giving attitude and being patient and not complaining…. Then I expect not to have attitude given to me. Cashier wasn’t friendly at all, didn’t offer a receipt. Everyone else got a vibrating square..for some reason I’m the only one who didn’t and STILL Waiting about 15 minutes just to get my food. So I had to wait up there for my food unlike everyone else who was seated waiting for their order to “ring”. They also didn’t call my name when my order was ready. The only employee who was nice and accommodating was a lady at the pick up window. Because I saw her be nice to another customer for complaining about having a cold soup.
Like it very much. Good place to meet friends and chat. I think the food is very expensive. Got a bagel had to pay for cream cheese. That was a first for me. Coffee is a good price but I wish thy had 1 less stronger coffee even the light roast is strong for me. The prices have gone up but the pastry is smaller. This time I had an egg and spinage souffle good but very expensive.
I normally always use this location for their drive-thru. I always get the best service especially when I place larger orders for myself and my coworkers. Huge shoutout to Jonas! He is very efficient and friendly!
I do love the food at Panera and the service has been pretty good. However I find their pricing way off. For the amount of meat that you get on a while sandwich is not worth over $9. And a bowl of soup is nearly $6.
