Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Fox Valley

I don’t know who the girl working at the drive thru window is, I should’ve asked for her name, but she’s very rude and unprofessional. I don’t know what is wrong with these young kids nowadays but they lack respect! Never coming back to this location again.

Is there any management at this location anymore? It's gone downhill QUICK. I was the only person in line and the dining room was empty but, I waited at the speaker for nearly 5 mins. As I drove up to the window 3 teenage kids looking super confused about working opened the window. I asked if the speaker was broken, no answer but the head teen took my order (in a very agitated manor) as her and the others laughed and spoke in Spanish to eachother.... (I know little but, not enough to get what they were saying) The sauce I asked for was then almost handed to me by the lead joking guy who could not use the cash register at all. I assume he then realized it wouldn't be a great idea to play too much and put them in the bag. None of the sauces were what I asked for so I asked the for the correct ones and again asked if the speaker was broken at that point she mustered up a sorry. I get that everyone is hurting for employees but, who is the manager at night????? I only gave a star because I had to. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I didn't even bother getting anything else.

The chicken is very tiny and dry. Hardly any chicken on the bone and no flavor. Smells amazing though which throws you off. The mashed potatoes and pies are chefs kiss.

I walked up with my crew from work in 1 van and lobby hours were open at 10 we walked up at 1030 and the doors were locked I knocked for a few minutes. Looked inside and saw an employee and wasn't acknowledged at all terrible we had to leave to eat

I went here to order 12 ghost pepper wings and the lady said none is ready, she didn’t say they were out of the wings but only saying that none is ready, didn’t say it’s a ten minute wait while they cook it but saying none is ready and not talking about cooking it, I went on and ordered a 3 piece dinner but i know if I want ghost pepper wings I better go somewhere else because if they say none is ready they definitely not gonna cook it.
