Qdoba Mexican Grill - Foxboro

I’ve been here multiple times and I must say YANI is nothing short of an AMAZING employee. She is professional and helpful as she even assisted me in signing up for the rewards program. I have had many pleasant encounters with her and the food has been great. Thank you YANI for giving me a great dining experience.

Avoid this place; worst and disgusting food quality. Bad service; I had to throw everything that cost me 45$ for 2. Looks like they fired best people or left for a reason or management changed and replaced with worst untrained unprofessional staff Whatever the reason avoid this place at all cost

Let me just start with the older woman and her horrible attitude. I don’t know her name but apparently she’s been there a long time. 1. She didn’t even greet us she just stared at me waiting for me to say “a bowl please”. 2. She was annoyed when I didn’t choose my meat in .5 seconds and gave me the skimpiest serving size I’ve ever been given compared to other locations. When I asked for more tomato she acted like she was horribly inconvenienced. 3. The guacamole wasn’t fresh and clearly was very low so I asked if there was anymore guacamole I could have and she said no this is what we have with an attitude… of course. Meanwhile the man behind her was making FRESH guacamole. I’m not one to make reviews but I’ve never been so annoyed. I work in the service industry and there’s just no need to rush customers or give an attitude. A pregnant woman at that. Do better Qdoba. This is probably why people choose Chipotle over you in this area. Food was cold to top it off.

I’ve been to this location many times in the past few years. I went in to order a chicken protein bowl and it was the most disgusting food I’ve had. The onions were huge pieces as well as the peppers. The chicken was off and I had a pool of liquid due to the black beans. I could not finish. I don’t know why the people who work there let the food go to this point. It’s not good at all.

I wasn't impressed. My last burrito at Chipotle was much better. We pre-ordered on the web page and the food was not ready when it was promised. Waited approx 15 mins. Delayed review.
