Server was VERY slow. I got the hummus plate and didn't realize how spicy it was and so I drank all of my water and milk and just ate the rest of the bread it came with and my mouth was still burning. About 10 minutes later she came over and I asked to get another glass of milk because my mouth was on FIRE. About 30 minutes later she finally came back with my milk but by then we just asked for the bill because we had been waiting for so long and my mouth was no longer burning. She was very nice though, I'll give her that. Every other time we're here I've always had a great experience. I think it was just a tougher day. Food is absolutely amazing on the other hand. The hummus isn't that spicy I was told by other people who tried it, I just can't do spicy lol.

Wouldn’t know how good the food is, got up and left. Just sat around for a server to come take our order. The entire dining area looked like they were waiting on one really slow server.

First time trying Citizen Crust. Went for pizza, but pleasantly surprised by the Nashville chicken sandwich. For the pizza we went with the Castro pizza, which is basically a meat lovers. Good amount of toppings. Very good overall tasting. Sauce was good. Crust had a decent crunch along the edges and flavorful. A little flop away from the edges. Good cheese pull. The half pan was pretty big, can feed 2 or 3 people easily. The Nashville chicken sandwich was excellent. If I could only have one it would be the sandwich. Perfect portion, moist chicken in the inside. Good Sriracha sauce. Very good. Service on the other hand was average at best. Pizza gets a Google 4, 7.6 out of ten. The sandwich would be higher.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza. A little short on toppings. Flavor of the pizza was good. Missed the flavor of the pepperoni. I would like the option to build my own with some additional vegetables. Maybe a half pepperoni and a half green pepper. Hard cider was very good. The wait staff was very friendly.Dietary restrictions: They do offer gluten free pizza.
