We stopped here because they offered churrasco sandwiches, which is a bit different. There were many options when it came to meat types, veggies, sauces, and extra fillings. The young lady working the sandwich making station was very helpful. However, we ran into some trouble ordering the combo. They were out of fries and the girl working the register said she would call us when they were ready. We sat ourselves right in front of the shop. Five minutes turned into ten, then fifteen. I went to speak to the guy working the grill, and he said they would be right out. After thirty minutes, we had finished our sandwich and went to check one last time. That same girl from the register had the nerve to tell me it was my responsibility to come get the fries that had been ready. Long story short: good sandwich, lousy service.
