At least once a year, with the family, we go to lunch at the Fior d'Agosto. As always, an excellent farm, of the real ones, in which dishes prepared to 90% of raw materials are served. Fabrizio and Silvia propose a cuisine respectful of the seasonality of raw materials and, above all, measured in the use of fats.
