The hotel benefits from its location and the beautiful hotel garden. The breakfast is also good by Italian standards. Unfortunately it is very old and in need of renovation in many places. It seems as if it's all about making sales but avoiding expenses at all costs. What is important is the money the guests bring with them, not the guest themselves. Price/performance not ok.
