Chipotle Mexican Grill - Framingham

Wrong Title- Should be : Valvoline near Marlborough, Massachusetts. Awesome, awesome, awesome young men women. Excellent communication and show tell made me comfortable getting more than the standard oil change. Treated with courtesy, mechanics are young enough to be my kids yet were more aware and then any Valvoline I've been to. Gladly spent more for: Transmission, Rear Differential, Tires, and battery maintenance. My vehicle is a very important part of my job and maintenance is key to a happy car. I'm thankful I don't have vehicle issues and Valvoline synthetics superior oil products is a key partner in this. So if they hire good mechanics then they have my loyalty. Icing on the cake was the diversity of the crew; something I respect.

Eating is good, but the people who work there are so rude and unconsidered. on the app, it no longer allows us to add tortillas to our orders. Every time I go there, I ask her for a side of tortilla and there is no problem. Today, this lady just looked up on my face and told me I was in the line to order a tortilla and pay for it. I don't know if this is the new policy and maybe I had the luxury to get it always free, but only wow. there was a huge line when I arrived there, I ordered online: why would a wait in the line for a .20 cent tortilla. I'm broken.

This chipotle is by far the most alienated place I visited. I went in twice and had to wait 15 before my pick-up time. in almost all cases my order was either completely wrong or a page was missing. I am no longer concerned with online orders. when I ordered personally, the service was painfully slow and most employees had problems to pack burritos. the food quality is so-so, the most disappointing part, the bland guac with the surprise stem is thrown in. the kitchen and the dining area are sometimes remarkably sunk, which makes me very troublesome about eating there. it's a shame, because that's a really great location.

I ordered twice from this restaurant and they gave me the wrong order twice. the first had no ingredients and a huge pot of acid cream, so I could hardly eat anything of it. this last order was made with huh instead of sofritas, and I am vegetarian so I can't eat it. I could choose the huh, but some pieces were so small that it was pointless. do not order from here again.
