Domino's Pizza - Framingham

I have been visiting this restaurant for the past 6-7 years, but since the pandemic, the food has not been consistent. Reporting issues has not been helpful either. I hope they can address these problems so that I can update my review to a 4-star rating!

Generally, Domino's Pizza is quite industrialized due to the size of the company and the demand in the market. While it's decent, I wouldn't say it's exceptional.

The food was great, and the staff I interacted with were bilingual, which was incredibly helpful for other customers! However, I took away one star due to the parking situation. The parking lot seems smaller than the restaurant itself, making it quite challenging to merge onto the busy road when leaving.

Extremely disappointed with the location. After waiting for my food to be delivered over an hour and half for my food. Nothing. I checked my status and it said delivered. I called and instead of working to figure out the issue. The woman was blaming me forthe address being out of their delivery zone. Stated they tried calling a few times, in her defense they did call. But wellafter an hour of my order being placed. After trying to take to her to get this resolved she continued to talk over me and saywell do you want your food or not. so i said no. Demanded a refund and told her that her attitude was garbage and I will bereporting her. I had never had any issues with any domino's but wow. This lady just ruined domino's for me.

Great pizza, never wait very long. Service people were nice and efficient. but the parking space at this domino is terrible perhaps four cars. that's my only complaint. I'm just going to this place.
