Dunkin' - Framingham

First time I came here was in the evening and the place was great , quite , clean , good service , good atmosphere , then I came in the morning for coffee and I thought I was in a total different place ! In the morning it's a place for homeless to use the bathroom get warmed up and wake up , on this day more homeless coming in to use bathroom than customers coming to buy coffee ? Several tables and chairs taken by homeless who were not customers ? The bathrooms and the tables and chairs should be for paying customers not freeloaders hanging around to get warm and use the bathrooms , hope that changes it ruins the morning atmosphere and turns customers away ....here is what you can expect, everyday one or two dopped out homeless people sleeping on tables that should be for paying customers ....more and more homeless sleeping on tables in the morning ,this is bad for business and drives customers away , policy should be that if your not a customer you don't get to stay for free and take up customers spots ....

Melissa the manager is a sweetheart. love hearing her in the Drive-Thru. She just makes my day. It's nice to have good service in our neighborhood.

My friend and I use this Dunkin’ when we are in a hurry for a weekend trip. the service is always fast and the personal is respectful. one of the better Dunkin’ donuts standorte!

Zero stars if that would be an option. rude af teamworkers and slow as melasse even tho many people work. I'm going to kill this place. no coffee is worth this chaos.

Crazy careless. they close a whole hour earlier, then they also take on and when they get through that they simply ignore them. say it is closed when it is not suspected.
