The third time was the charm. The first visit there were details that did not make the experience pleasant. I visited them for the second time and if I had not pointed out the details that consistently neglect the experience it would still be unpleasant. I visited for the third time looking for the service, the flavor they promise and to improve the experience. The only redeemable thing is the drink promotions. Gentlemen, you are in a good place. They no longer have competition next door. Unfortunately, the health crisis caused neighboring restaurants to close. Today they compete against Japanese food, two fast food chains and really all they have to do is do things right. Is it too much to ask? All businesses seek to satisfy diners, what are you looking for? I regret having lost patience and consideration but three visits for me are enough not to return. They have areas of opportunity in cooking, plating, flavor, seasoning, cleanliness, attention and staff service. I hope they apply or, like their neighbors, the ground floor of the plaza will be empty. Thanks for reading me.
