I write to express my disappointment with my recent experience in their facility. Despite the prices comparable to those of a high-end restaurant like eleven madison park, eating was very expensive. to make something worse, we were charged to $200 and when we came to their staff for help, we found them irresponsible and involuntary to help. overall, this was a terrible experience and I would not recommend their device to others.
