Food was as expected, they did not shy away from giving a hearty amount of extra when asked. Service was friendly and prompt, the only downside was the attention to details on table cleanliness, all open tables had debris but they were not that busy. Please remove the tip option from the pin pad.

The sub maker wasn't very well trained by looks of how our subs turned out

Food was yummy but the entrance is horrid had my 81 yrs old mom was checking she was ok thru door and next thing on floor with pain from shoulder to toes, staff didn't know what to do nor did they help me, ended up in sling for arm injury and sprang ankle as well as bruises every where No one was willing to contact manager or take info, nothing to notify of sudden step just a sign prior to entering saying watch step.....not well constructed

Just left this location, not only is it clean but the staff who handled my order was an absolute delight. I had to order 6 subs, and Nancy was so polite and patient the entire order. Great job, will definitely come back (and with smaller orders haha)
