Chipotle Mexican Grill - Frankfort

This chipotle is terrible. The burrito was so small (small as a half burrito) they put barley any steak (We are literally PAYING for it). And they put way way too much rice. The chips was cold, they are supposed to be warm. If you want a REAL burrito place, go to El burrito. Way to expensive to be going to chipotle for a burrito ??

Dirty prep area. So much food on the counter that it was sticking to my order. Young manager was rude.

Stopped in to order a burrito bowl since I’d been craving one all day; it was the fastest service I’ve ever received! It felt like I was in there for 1 minute! The dining area was clean and the staff was upbeat and seemed like they enjoyed their job which made me smile. On top of that, I switched up my normal order today and with my new changes it still tastes so good! Good job to everyone!

Food was delicious, and they accommodated when the lettuce didn’t look appeasing.

Food was great! Joe the Manager was very friendly and professional.
