Dunkin' - Frankfort

When I came bk in drive thru after I quit the job. The manager was at the window had me sitting at the window for 20 minutes without cashing me out. She looked at me and rolled her eyes. I finally got my donuts with an attitude from an employee

Very small inside, seemed to be plenty of employees but slow

I cannot drink real hot coffee. So I take it and start drinking it maybe 10 minutes later. That’s when I find out if they only added cream and if is fresh. About 1 of 5 times it’s not fresh and about 1 out of 8 times they screw up the order. Other times everything is fine. Just want to add that their prices are way too high. I’ve been doing a lot of McDonalds for $1 less.

Great product. Service is good, but not real personable. I assume it's a city thing.

I ordered a Carmel iced latte and received a iced coffee instead. Hugeee difference in taste when your a regular at Dunkin’ Donuts. I was disappointed but I understand mistakes happen being that I worked in the food industry.
