Fazoli's - Frankfort

I ordered the $6.99 meal deal, and while the portions could have been a bit larger, the food was still quite good overall.

I had an excellent experience today! I was in the drive-thru and nearly left without my breadsticks. Luckily, a wonderful employee named Olivia leaped out of the drive-thru window and rushed to my car just in time to stop me from driving off without them. The service was outstanding! Way to go, Olivia!!!

Fazoli?s in Frankfort!! This restaurant needs to invest in a vacuum cleaner. Why a restaurant would have carpet where food and drinks get spilled blows my mind?.carpet was very nasty and sticky my shoes were sticking to it. Had to get someone to clean thetables before we could sit down. The restaurant had a smell to it can?t explain it but it stunk and it?s probably because of thecarpet being so nasty. Flies were everywhere!! Couldn?t enjoy the food for the smell and the flies. On a good note food wasn?tto bad.

The Frankfort Fazoli?s is a great place for very good fast food Italian. The Senior meals are just the right size price. Their bread Stix are AWESOME. The Staff is Friendly Efficient. Especially Vanessa. I would recommend stopping in for a visit. Tellthem Terry recommended them.

The wait time was lengthy, the food was served cold, and the service left much to be desired. I attempted to order breadsticks and was informed that they are unlimited for dine-in customers, yet I never received any.
