Taco Bell - Frankfort

The food was hot and good. It is remarkable that Thier Nachos and Tacos are packed with lots of meat and meat! It's been a long time since I was in a taco bell that didn't sneak when filling your tacos. Better than the whole Taco Bell in Lafayette.

Unfortunately, during our visit, our order was incorrect, and the service was quite slow. When we finally received what we ordered, it appeared that there was very little chicken included.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this restaurant. I would rather drive to Lafayette than return here. I placed an order at the drive-thru, clearly requesting no jalapeño sauce and double steak. The line was long, so when I received my food, I was frustrated to find it covered in jalapeño. Instead of waiting in line again, I decided to pull up as there were two cars ahead of me. However, the woman working berated a young employee for helping me because my order wasn't on the screen. When they finally remade my order, I still didn't get the double steak I requested. I called to address the issue, and the man claiming to be the manager shouted at me, insisting he had filled my order correctly, then abruptly hung up on me. They clearly don’t realize I’m observing their customer service as a mystery shopper. This experience was extremely poor, and I will be reporting it to the corporate office. Regardless of how busy it is, there is no excuse for the lack of customer service etiquette I encountered.

There is always an item missing, not done the way I asked for, or cold. The taco bell is useless. Why order online when they dont start making the food until I get to the drive thru?
