Feedback gevenI find the Backwerk concept class, as the personnel costs stored by the operator are passed directly to the customer. The entire procedure then looks like taking a tray, covering it with a clean disposable sheet and then collecting the desired baked goods by means of a pliers. The entire system then saves bakeries at a price of 30-40% compared to normal service, which is already much at Frankfurt prices. I myself have no problem placing the reels on the tray and like to pay attention to the staff. The quality of bakery products is comparable to that of other bakery chains and is not a criterion for evaluation. 1 star trigger, however, is available for the canteen atmosphere. But I will accept this as necessary for the shock.
