Place is nice and cozy. Loved the fact that tables are big and comfortable. Personal is friendly and nice. Food is ok. The Arancino my boyfriend had as a starter was very good and the sandwiches were a bit too spicy and too rich. Coffee was terrible. We really liked the place but the food was not what we were expecting for a light quick lunch.

The FAME sandwich tastes delicious and we tried both, the pork and beef versions. Both are recommendable and they also taste very fresh and not comparable to subway etcDefinitely looking forward to try the chicken sandwich and the famous lasagne soon as well!The employees are super nice and they definitely want to make sure you are happy with your mealContra:- location (i would visit more often if the locations would be better)- price (I perceive the price slightly too high as I would not be full with one - but to be fair, i eat a lot ;))

Fame is not you typical fast food joint. The porchetta is cooked for hours before it is served on warm chiabatta bread, so I guess it's kind of slow fast food. Bruce, the crass Australian, loved the Porchetta. I had the Verdura (freshly grilled champignons, mixed pickles, Mozarella) and tried both the Salsa Verde and the Onion Marmelade as the sauce for it. I think the Salsa Verde is the perfect choice for the veggie sandwich. The menu is small (you can choose between Porchetta, Pollo, Americano, and the vegetarian Verdura plus some side dishes), but they also have regular daily specials (e.g. Lasagna, Chili or Meatballs). I also tried the homemade ice tea (on a green tea basis) with elder syrup. Pretty good! Nice café, perfect for a lunch break or early dinner (they close at 9:00 pm) - you won't leave hungry. Very friendly proprietors, too!

I spent an entire afternoon working from this lovely cafe, enjoying their excellent coffee and sandwiches but, most importantly, the friendly atmosphere. Warmly recommended.

The porchetta was fantastic: flavorful, moist and just the right amount of crunch. The roll was also just right. The place is attractive and the couple that own it are friendly and really want to get it right.
