La Duchessa - Frankfurt am Main

Our first time for a ' buffet lunch ' , strangely enough the price ca, €29, p/p wasn 't shown on the menu and most of the pictures of the lunch buffet shown on their homepage weren 't available when we went there today Boxing Day at 1pm . Today 's buffet was certainly mediocre in comparison to their website photos you 'll have to make your own decision once you 've been there. Today 's buffet had a lot of stuff like sliced vegetables tomatoes etc, but no smoked Salmon or other quality titbits two simple desserts like fruit cocktail and the usual Tiramisu. Staff were friendly, kept off their feet as the restaurant was completely full. Parking is a problem in the residential area.

I came here with friends for an early dinner and we all enjoyed the experience. The restaurant is simple with a cozy and quiet atmosphere. Service is friendly and efficient. The food is also excellent and feels authentic Italian. I personally had a seafood pasta, which was very well prepared and rich in ingredients. They also have quite a large selection of pasta and pizza dishes as well as other Italian dishes. Definitely would recommend this place.

This restaurant was a surprising find near to my hotel. The staff all speak Italian/German and some do OK in English. They do have English menus which is very helpful. Being of simple needs, I ordered a simple salad and penne Bolognaise. The meals came quickly and were of good quality and quantity. I would have liked the sauce on the Bolognaise to have been a bit more mobile (liquid but it was ok. The following evening I returned and had a spinach soup and a pizza with salami. The soup seemed to have been fresh to order and was quite good except that I found it too salty, after a long wait, (half an hour the pizza came. It was a large pizza (about 12 ' ' , in traditional style, but a gain too salty for my taste. The prices of this restaurant are very affordable. You should be able to eat well (basic dishes for about €15 per person. Service is generally pleasant and knowledgeable. A good place for an unpretentious meal.

Every day very cheap lunch menus, main card possible at any time. Here's a real cook at work. In addition, a small fortified pizzeria with a good pizza baker. The presentation and taste of the very high-quality foods is in a very compatible relationship at the price. Go!
