Brenman's Deli - Frankfurt

Nice neighborhood place with delicious food! Reasonable prices, relaxing atmosphere. Outdoor seating available, but may be limited if busy.

Was man über den LAden sagen kann, der Kaffee ist lecker und der Kuchen wirkt aufgetaut. Also, wer gerne unter einer Platane mitten in der Stadt sitzt, der wird hier richtig sein.

Ein kleiner Laden, am Mittag immer voll. Sehr nette Besitzerin und absolut gemütlich.Ich gehe jetzt schon länger ins Brenman's und bin immer wieder erfreut, welche unterschiedlichen Angebote es auf der Mittagskarte gibt. Das wechselt öfters mal. Der Koch ist ein echter Zauberer. Ich liebe das Hühnchen auf israelischem Salat. Ein Traum. Die Suppen sind lecker und auch die Mohnschnecke mit Ahornsirup. Frühstück gibt es auch. Ohne das Brenman's würde mir echt was fehlen im Westend. Eigentlich ein Geheimtipp, aber...da sollte jeder mal hin.

Wandering to the city centre after visiting the museum, I happened to walk past this Deli. As I walked past I noticed the plates of lovely food on the tables and had to stop. Menu on a chalk board of about dishes, quick chat...with the really friendly lady behind the counter and we settled on cauliflower with couscous and falafel with salad. Short wait and then two plates of lovely food appeared. Both were really tasty, packed with flavour. Falafel, crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside sitting on a pool of hummus. Sharp pickled cabbage it came with cut the richness of the hummus. Friend's cauliflower was equally as nice, served with couscous filled with herbs. Lovely lunch, friendly staff, nice selections of cakes also.

Small, fine deli in the middle of Westend, which is ideal for a quick buisness lunch. The menu is clear and concise, but besides various always available delicacies it regularly contains new dishes often inspired by the owner’s Israeli roots. My absolute favorite is...the Shakshuka. In summer there is a beautiful, sunny terrace.
