Basil - Franklin

I absolutely adore Thai cuisine, especially when it comes to spicy dishes. Having dined at numerous Thai restaurants, I can confidently say that this one offers the best Thai food I've ever had. My husband, who is not a fan of heat or spice, ordered the Pad Thai, while I opted for the special of the day: Spicy Scallops accompanied by vegetables and basil. We started our meal with some delightful Summer Rolls, and every dish we tried was fresh, cooked to perfection, and well-seasoned—nothing was overly salty or greasy. For dessert, we indulged in the Green Tea Crème Brûlée, which was light and refreshing. Our waiter, Michael, along with his team, was attentive without being intrusive. Overall, it was a fantastic dining experience. Thank you!
