Bella Cucina - Franklin

To celebrate a happy event, we ordered the house delivery (during Covid). The filet mignon draped with red wine Demi Glacier was incredibly tender and juicy. The additional boiled lobster tail... with much melted butter... was great compared to other restaurants and very fresh. Huge salad, fresh baked bread with incubating oil simmers of cheese, ice-cold salad and excellent dressing, and a very large side of amazing pappardelle noodles with wild mushrooms, roasted tomatoes, spinach and caramelized onions sown in bright Parmesan peppercorn cream. The food arrived fast and was hot. Absolutely fabulous. We had enough left for another meal. Bella’s is a metropolis restaurant in a beautiful, small, Victorian city.
