Duke's Pizzera - Franklin

The pizza is consistently excellent. We ordered delivery, but unfortunately, the driver forgot the garlic knots. I understand that mistakes can occur. However, it was the way the situation was handled that disappointed me. The driver returned about 10 minutes later with the garlic knots, but they were cold and came without sauce. As a long-time customer, I would appreciate it if orders could be double-checked a bit more thoroughly before being sent out for delivery in the future.

The pizza was just average; it was significantly better under the previous owner. Even though the location is convenient for me, I’ve decided to try a different place.

We really love Duke's! I work long hours, and the delivery driver is always so friendly. He has never gotten an order wrong.

Fantastic place to dine. Great selections and pricing. Portion sizes were very good and quality was great. Definitely a repeat customer. I ordered the penne vodka with chicken and it was amazing!
