Dunkin' - Franklin

Today 4th December at about 3:00 a.m. got a coffee for my friend it was much darker then usual and tasted terrible. after she paid $5 for the coffee and the bigger girl with curly hair asked if she could make me a new one. she was super rude and respectful. I laughed at me and I grabbed her and went out. would like to talk to the owner or manager, please reach them out.

Amazing service, personal friendly and funny.! and order was made right and fresh! ensured that our order has been completed!

Very clean beautiful and new, the 2 gentleman did not work a word to me for my pickup. not friendly.

We bought coffee and donuts. the staff was friendly and the business was clean.

This place always does a great job. They also just completed a major renovation, and it looks great. Keep up the great work! ?
