The experience was terrible. The mac and cheese was so thick you could turn the bowl upside down and it wouldn't move. The salad had old, soggy lettuce in it. The waitress seemed annoyed and unenthusiastic about serving us. We were overcharged for drinks. Our bill at Frisch's for 3 people was $50. I could have gone to Olive Garden for the same price and had better food. We left the cold fries and the unpleasant salad. I still left a tip because I know they need it, but it was the worst service and meal I've had in a long time. If you want a rating, it's zero.
I recently had a disappointing experience at Frisch's, particularly at the Lebanon and Monroe Mason locations. However, yesterday around 2PM, I had a pleasant surprise. The soup and dessert we ordered from the drive-through were delicious and well-prepared. My mom, who hasn't been feeling well, appreciated the fact that the soup actually had vegetables in it this time. I want to thank the Springboro, OH location for the great meal. The woman with dark hair who handed us our food was polite and I hope she gets a raise for serving exceptionally good food, just like it used to be.
I really enjoyed the breakfast bar at this restaurant. My brother took two hours to finish his meal and my mother even special ordered his eggs. I jokingly thought she might end up spoon-feeding him at 56 years old. He only managed to eat one plate while I had three and was waiting on him. Despite the slight issue with running out of plates, the service was great. I took charge and informed other customers to use the salad plates instead.
