Honey Dew Donuts - Franklin

UPDATE: It's been a year ago and its staff will be improved. Still some problems with burned bagels in a while and they never have Mac and cheese at this point, but overall they will be better. (Raised from 2 stars to 3 stars) Every time I go, it seems that they have someone new who doesn't know what they are doing. They are always made of objects. There is no consistency. I usually get a sandwich and a tasteful red cop. The bagel is either black or barely cooked and the red bull drink tastes always and looks different (sometimes it is not even in the same size cup, although it tells me that there is only one size). Something's always wrong. You need a better management organization and training.

Parking/drive thru is a hundred times better and easier to maneuver than Dunkin on the street. Breakfast sandwiches are average, but they have a much larger choice than Dunkin. Also there is never a massive line unlike Dunkin. If you? re not a the hard Dunkin fan I would say start here

I was there tonight and met Amelia. She worked there and what a treasure! Thanks for making my long day better. And the other ladies who work there were also very nice to me. I really appreciate good people.

I like Honeydews Bagels better than Dunkin Donuts. I tried pastrami and cheese. The bagel and the pastrami were both good, but it was microwave, and extremely hot and chaotic. I think it would be better roasted, or just slightly softened, or just cold.

The food and coffee is always pretty good for the price. Unfortunately, the last few times the service has been mediocre, not bad but certainly not good. However, today I had excellent fast and friendly service from a young man who also gave my dog a treat. Hopefully this continues.
