Jibs Bbq And Catering - Franklin

I ordered the rib dinner and the brisket dinner. Unfortunately, both the ribs and brisket were fatty and tough, making them nearly impossible to chew. While the smoke flavor was enjoyable, it didn't make up for the overall poor quality of the meat.

We decided to visit this place after the Fall Festival, and wow! We ordered a pound of brisket and a pound of pulled pork, along with green beans, macaroni and cheese, and jalapeño cornbread. It was absolutely delicious! We'll definitely be returning.

We had the best brisket we've ever tasted! The pulled pork was fantastic as well. We really enjoyed our time with Cindy and Jess. It was our first visit, and we can't wait to return soon!

I had the Rib Tips and they were spot on. The bbq sauce was incredible. Will visit again.

Best bbq I’ve had in my 7 months of traveling for work. This is as close to a taste of Texas you can get. Ordered brisket sandwich, ribs, baked beans, Mac n cheese, and potato salad. None disappointed, great eating. Both regular and hot bbq sauces were delicious. I’m satisfied with my visit at Jibs, and will be revisiting soon.
