It's bare we thought they'll have good cocktails! I order a dirty martini with vodka.. she comes back “Berry from olive juice”! Watch it, it is Saturday night! 25 minutes in we don't have our appetizer yet! “Yes, I’m going after.” manager comes apologise that they order for popular cocktails in bulk, but martini is a fairly standard drink, right? how did they not have olives at the bar? apologise, he says the good will come - big! app comes/we take 2 bites and find a series of hairs! free eating or not, I could not sit there anymore! we're gone!

We enjoyed the beer selections and the bar appetizers- the wings were outstanding and we ended up ordering 2 more orders! The weather did not allow us to stay late, but we did enjoy ourselves and will be back again soon.

Tried the Dine and Bowl option thru the website. It sent me to Open Table. Made the reservation and later got an email asking if we were still planning on going. I responded yes. When we finished our dinner and asked about the bowling, the waitress had to get the manager who didn’t believe we had done anything about the Dine and Bowl. I walked him through the process that I went through and he saw what I had done. He allowed us to go to the top of the waitlist. When I saw him later in the evening, I thanked him, but he kinda glared at me like he didn’t believe me despite me showing him what I did. You need a better process though the King’s Dining and Entertainment website.

It was a great atmosphere and the facility is amazing. eating was not so great. the wings and chicken strips lubricated as if they were tyson frozen wings and strips.

Service was horrible unacceptable. The restaurant should not take reservations if they cannot accommodate guests. Food cocktails were great, but it took a lot of effort in tracking down a human to take the order even longer to get drinks delivered. The most inefficient experience I have had to date.
