Kobe Express - Franklin

If you find yourself near Franklin or just passing through, be sure not to miss out on some of the best sushi available. The portions are generous, and the quality is exceptional—all at a fantastic price. The teriyaki salmon was also outstanding. Although the place was bustling with customers, the staff still provided attentive service at our table.

I absolutely love this place! It never disappoints. We always enjoy a Charcuterie Board when we visit. It's the only spot around Franklin where you can get authentic sushi.

Our server was very friendly, and the food was excellent. The sushi was fresh and made right on the premises.

Great service and good food! I ordered spicy shrimp rolls, hibachi shrimp, fries, and fried cheesecake. My only complaint is the carrots were too sweet.

Absolute must... This is the best sushi in all of WNC. We come here at least once a week and have never been let down. Service is great although sometimes a little slow if busy but the food is amazing. You wont be disappointed. Must try it...
