The service was quick, the staff were friendly, and the overall experience was great. I requested almond milk instead of regular milk due to my lactose intolerance, and I appreciate that they took the time to ensure my drink was safe for me. The staff did an excellent job of making sure no milk was added to my drink!

I used the mobile ordering and app several times, and while there were a few hiccups, the service was good and the drinks were consistently great each time.

I’ve been working in this mall for six months, and unfortunately, I've found the coffee to be terrible three out of four times. Today, I ordered my usual drink, which I have been getting every day for months, but this time I received the wrong coffee and an over-brewed tea. My coffee, which should have been a hot beverage with four shots of espresso, was served icy with melting ice cream on top. As for the tea, it made me feel unwell, and I had to run to the bathroom four times. The manager, Elizabeth, is quite rude and defensive; my coworkers have also experienced issues with her or the coffee here. I think I’ll just head over to the little coffee stand in the mall from now on. They have great prices and friendly service.

Counter Service was quick with a few minutes waiting for my drink. Standard for a shopping mall.

This location always has friendly employees that look happy to serve you. They stay pretty busy, so you can usually expect to see a line upon arrival- but no need to worry because they have been efficient and fast every time I've been in line, they move the line quick.Good folks that you can count on to serve up delicious signature drinks that taste exactly as you've come to expect, sometimes better!
