Subway - Franklin

This Subway is a hidden gem for anyone looking to grab a quick meal. The staff efficiently serves customers, and it's usually not very crowded. While the food quality isn't exceptional, that's more reflective of Subway as a chain rather than this specific location. There can be a language barrier with some employees, but given that it's a family-run business, I'm more than happy to support them!

Next, you can add a wide range of vegetables. Our usual choices include onions, jalapeños, black olives, and lettuce. If you enjoy meat, there are plenty of options available, like beef and pork. For those who eat eggs, you can even add egg whites. Don't forget to include your favorite sauce – our go-to is the sweet onion sauce, which adds a fantastic flavor. You can cut your sandwich into as many pieces as you like, but we usually opt for four pieces for a footlong. Cleanliness is very important to us, and we appreciate how well-maintained and spotless this Subway location is. I definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and family. The overall experience was decent but not exceptional. The restaurant's layout felt a bit unconventional compared to others that have a more straightforward queue system. It appeared that there was only one older gentleman managing everything, which contributed to the slow service. Communication was also challenging, as he seemed to struggle to understand our requests. When I placed our order for two combos with cookies, including our choice of cookie types, he seemed confused. As we picked up the small drink cups, he reacted as if we were trying to take drinks without paying. I reiterated that we wanted the combos, but in the end, he charged us a higher individual price for each item instead. The food was decent and met our expectations, though the tomatoes were not great; they had a tough, vine-like core.

The customer service not good at this location tonight. The young man wasn?t friendly and not helpful. I would recommend going to a different location. 12/3/21 7:40 pm
