Wegner's St. Martins Inn - Franklin

I really enjoy this restaurant for their diverse menu options, except for the baked cod. They offer amazing German food and a delicious reuben soup. However, during my last visit, my order of two fish fry (1 fried, 1 baked cod) left me disappointed. The fried fish was good as usual, but the baked cod was very small for the price. The wait time was also extremely long, over an hour past the time we were told to arrive and park in the "take out" spots. Despite being told incorrect information by the wait staff taking our order, they seemed overwhelmed and inefficient. Although I understand they are busy, especially on Fridays, this level of service was disappointing. I probably won't be returning for a while, and I hope this was just an anomaly.

We will sincerely miss this place. We had our goodbye dinner here tonight and it was delicious as always.

Best fish roast in the city, now I just found out that they do German food during the week??? We will definitely try more!

That's what I've ever had. Wonderful food, good curbside delivery.

Dinner was fantastic as expected. Service was excellent. We were never disappointed here. Worth visiting.
