Wendy's - Franklin

Placed an mobile order and picked it up within 5 minutes all the food was old and barely warm. Wasn't super busy.

If I could give this Wendy’s less than one star, I would! This was the worst Wendy’s experience I have ever had! Not only did they get my food wrong, I have been calling nonstop with no success of connecting with anyone. I will have to waste my gas tomorrow to go and get compensated for this horrible meal. I will never ever eat at this Wendy’s again!

Stopped here because the granddaughter was having a craving. Ordered what we wanted. The amazing guy behind the counter (God I wish I 'd caught his name) said he could save me about 8 bucks and the granddaughter would get a double instead of a single burger. We were all in. He totally saved me some bucks! On the way out a gentleman in a Michigan sweatshirt strolled in to order. Said super nice guy behind the counter stated they charge double for people wearing Michigan sweatshirts. I loved him even more at that at point. I replied of course OH!

Stopped by while passing through on vacation. Just needed a little snack. We got chicken nuggets and fries. They were out of the sauce I wanted, but dang, those fries were the best I ever had! They were smoking hot and just the right account of crispy. Great job y'all!

This was the first time we've ever eaten breakfast at Wendy's. I had a number 1 my husband had the number 2. Mine was good his wasn't. That's ok, now we know...number1
