Domino's Pizza - Franklin Park

I’ve had positive experiences at this location. The service is quick, the food is hot, and nothing ever gets overlooked. I’ve probably visited a dozen times over the past year. While I’m not usually a fan of Domino's, this particular location stands out as excellent.

Terrible customer service... This place is the worst! On July 21, 2022, around 10 PM, we ordered a 'vegetarian' pizza and found a sharp object that resembled a broken chicken bone in it. My husband ended up injuring his mouth when he took a bite. When I called to report the incident, Dilip, the person who answered, told me to bring the sharp object back before midnight in order to file a complaint. When I returned to the store, Dilip mocked me and sarcastically suggested that I could just remove it from my mouth or spit it out. It was incredibly rude and insensitive of him to say that. What if a child had eaten it? Who would expect to find a sharp object in their pizza? He completely dismissed my concerns. This experience was a total waste of time, money, and energy. I would never recommend this place to anyone and will actively discourage others from going there.

This has to be the worst Domino's location I've ever encountered. If this franchise is representative of the brand, corporate should seriously reconsider their partnership. I consistently wait 90 minutes or more for deliveries, and they even have the audacity to charge a delivery fee. Tonight's experience was the final straw—I'm switching to Papa John's for my late-night pizza cravings. I've been waiting an hour and a half for my food, and the store is less than a mile away. If I could give negative stars, I would, but unfortunately, I have to settle for just one.

Worst customer service ever. First the guy who was preparing the pizza was not wearing a hand glove I literally saw him licking his hand and cleaning his nose and making pizza without washing it. When i told him about it he told me i should be in a healthdepartment and was so mad and started swearing at me. He literally told me he doesn?t care and if I don?t like it go get it fromsomewhere else he then started doing something in the system about my order and told me wait and watch. Literally thinking thatwhatever they do is fair and going to swear at customers. Not fair they need to change their attitude.

First timer : ordered pizza for a bday party and it was good. We ordered garlic breads and surprisingly it was soft and tasted awesome . Nice and quick customer service . Ordered it online and picked it up. Everything was ready and hot when we went topick up. Tried cheese pizza and pineapple ????/olive/ jalapeño pizza. It was good. Parking is good . Overall a good experience?
