Alpine - Franklin Square

We only had breakfast. It was good, perfect comfort food after a long night. The service was amazing! I have a feeling that lunch items are pretty great so we would definitely go back to try more!

The atmosphere is friendly and clean. The service was good. Our food came out quickly and was a good value. Tasty and reasonably priced. I will add this to my local rotation of places to meet people for lunch.

I have been coming here for years. My dad was a resident in the Garden Care center across the street and I would frequently wheel him over in his wheelchair for lunch. Today we stopped in for a late breakfast with mom. I enjoy coming here because eating here is like living in a Twilight Zone episode. Nothing changes. The menu, the staff, everything is the same. The menu here is more like a diner menu. I like it because there is something for everyone. I would usually get a corned beef sandwich for lunch while dad would eat lasagna or a Reuben. Today we had eggs for breakfast. Nothing spectacular just standard fare. Perfect for my taste. The service is a bit slow and the staff not overly attentive (have you seen my server) but that is part of the charm of this place and why I will keep coming back. I will always have fond memories of my lunches with dad at the Alpine

The second time. The food was great. Service was good. I had the veggie plate. They scaled the menu (only dinner menu now) since the last time I was there, but it is understandable given the time we are. I love giving the spread sampler.

Great food, fast service, professional servers...Price is also quite reasonable.
