Hardee's - Franklinton

I typically don’t eat at Hardee’s, but I stopped by twice in the past couple of weeks since it’s on my way to work. I decided to give it a try, and the food was hot and fresh. The service was friendly as well. The first time was so enjoyable that I came home early enough to stop in again!

The person at the front counter seems to be lacking some awareness. The food I received was quite poor; it tasted like it had been sitting under a heat lamp for hours before I got it. Even my dogs wouldn't touch it! I ended up throwing it away and I certainly don’t plan on returning.

This Hardee's is awful and truly deserves zero stars. A few weeks ago, I ordered three chocolate milkshakes, and it took at least five minutes just to be acknowledged at the drive-thru. When I finally got to the window, they only had two milkshakes ready. There were four or five employees behind the counter, but they all seemed confused. While we waited another five minutes for our milkshakes, the staff at the drive-thru were spitting either on the floor or in the trash. This situation upset my wife greatly. I won't be going back.

Very slow. 12 minutes to get through the drive thru. had to go in to get the dipping sauce they forgot. typical of this location in franklinton. chicken strips are always good.

I stopped by Hardee's on my way home from work today.Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. When I finally got my meal the food was cold.and the hotdog bun was hard. The employee was rude and didn't even apologize for the long wait.
