Dairy Queen - Frankston

This used to be my favorite DQ. However the last two time I've gone, the service has been terrible and took 20 minutes to get my food. Then, when I got my food, it was cold.

Definitely not a FAST food restaurant ???? Every time I come here I have to pull around and for what? Is it so hard to cook the food in the given amount of time?.like this is the only place like this in Frankston and the performance is so poor.

These people are horrible. Disrespectful bunch of children who don’t care about their job and get your order wrong 85% of the time. I’ve officially spent money there for the last time. Do better Mr. Brightwell

Love DQ ice Cream. Staff friendly and courteous. Wait time in drive through average for DQ.

Have been to this DQ 3 times now and my order has been wrong all three times. I don’t understand how hard it is to make a hamburger. Never going back. I will drive 15 min to flint and go to sonic.
