Feedback gevenBeen a loyal customer for many years now, tonight was the final straw. I'm okay with the longer that expected wait times, which is usually the case with this place. But when the pizza arrives cold and customer service can barely even offer an apology, I think it will be my final order. First google review, don't normally do this... had to be said, this place is suffering under new management...
Tonight was the final straw.The pizza is usually nice, hence why we gave them another chance. But after the wrong pizzas arrived,(I do understand mistakes happen) I called to let them know there was a mistake and was left on hold for 10 minutes whilst I listened to them have a domestic in the background. I had to hang up and call back just to speak to somebody again. It’s now been 2 hours since we first ordered and were still waiting.Still waiting on the apology aswell.Oh and they want their soggy pizzas back My first google review, you guys earned it.
The delivery was 45 minutes late, even though we preordered through Menulog for a specific delivery time. When we spoke to the restaurant, they informed us that they were busy and that we were in the queue, mentioning that the time we chose to order was particularly busy. They suggested it was our fault. While the food was good, I would recommend avoiding this place.
Ordered eating online through menulog and bleeding after the delivery time, followed and found eating never come and I could not be refunded.
