Unfortunately, a larger group of locals ended up sitting at a table next to us, crowding us into a corner. We waited for about 15 minutes for our coffee to arrive, only to find that our scones were missing. When the waitress attempted to serve the neighboring table, she accidentally spilled both our drinks. After inquiring about our food, we received apologies and it finally arrived 10 minutes later, after we had already finished our drinks. The coffee was good and the food was decent, but the long wait time was unacceptable.
The Pantry in Mount Eliza serves the best coffee and their muffins are to die for. The staff is delightful!
I ordered the corn fritters with bacon and they were delicious! The latte was also great. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. I would definitely recommend this cozy café in the city.
Our breakfast was amazing: cool atmosphere, amazing dining, generous portions, good coffee and fantastic prices. we're coming back.
I have to let everyone know about the delicious chai latte's served at The Pantry. I really enjoy a good quality chai (no powder for me! and you can find the most delicious brewed chai, served by lovely staff at the Village Pantry.
