Chelsea Inn Chinese - Frankston

I've never met anyone as rude. I do not accept being abused in Chinese. the way and wise how they treat elderly people is pure older abuse.

My oma came to dinner and forgot her card, then she was absolutely screamed and abused by the owner of this restaurant. when I scream, I mean scream. what did my nan do? she didn't want to leave her card home and said she would send my father to pay. When my father arrived, he was screamed and abused. who cries on earth on a 81 year old women on her birthday! the owner blocked the door and didn't let my oma go. what a disgusting behavior is that in Australians of all places! do not take her family here! I'm totally horrified about the behavior.

Great food every time. the best Chinese food by far. pampering personal old school cool decoration. our descendants.

This place is a family favourite. We love coming here, very good value and the food is excellent.

Great authentic food, great service and friendly staff. Very accomodating for kids/babies. Highly recommend.
