Humdinger - Frankston

A trendy spot located along the main trail in Frankston. The variety of food offered is excellent. The fried chicken wings are delicious and have a nice kick to them. Don't miss out on adding the mac and cheese to your order—it’s a must! The burgers are hearty and substantial. Plus, the staff always greet you with a warm smile.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The staff seemed inexperienced and provided notably poor customer service. While I understand the need for masks, it felt unfair to be reprimanded for not wearing one when only about 30% of the staff were masked, and none were wearing them correctly. I was also charged for the wrong meal, and it took 30 minutes to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I ended up overpaying just to fix the mistake. Overall, it seemed like our presence was more of a burden than a welcome. The food was generally good, but the beer was served warm.

I had the Chicken Parma and fish and chips, but the highlight for me was definitely the sweet potato fries. They were crispy on the outside—absolutely perfect! I was in a hurry for a quick lunch before my show, but I’ll definitely return to try more of the menu.

Yer Top shelf, sorted out my calimari off menu, perfectly cooked. Tanx Chef,superb. Meals all came together, we ate together, Grouse. Service was brilliant, nothing was too much effort. 2nd time we've been there. Definitely on our go 2 list. Wonderful place, Food was very great, staff are friendly. Had a great balance of a local pub feel and a good night with a dose of stand up. Pay a visit and you never know what you get from Humdinger. Give it try!
