I was fortunate enough to visit Queenstown during the March Aus NZ bubble for a few days I was staying next to this bar and thought, I'll give it a bash. Security, friendly with plenty of banter The staff, even more friendly, although when I found out they didn't accept Australian licenses as ID I was a bit taken back. That was a policy across the board apparently, I don't blame the business... forced me to go back to my hotel and get my passport. The locals of this pub were absolutely outstanding. I met a gentleman named Adam when visiting and he took me under his wing for a few days whilst there which in turn, made me want to visit this bar many more times after Seems everyone in the place knew Adam Very unfortunate to hear he has passed. Will visit again next time I make it across the water to QT.
March 2017 Pool, pizza and cheap drinks Harrys is a very popular pool place around queenstown. Also have one of the best pizzas in my opinion. All cheap and alot space. big screens to watch games.
Absolutely loved Harry’s! Great vibe, good drinks, George remembered us from the first night, and for the whole holiday! Can’t beat good quality service. And the fire is always roaring
Located in the town area. Easy to find. Staff is friendly and lovely. The environment is great. Beer is cheap. Just 7NZD for a pint of beer. A lot of pool tables inside so can get one pretty easily. However sometime its still occupied for every table.
Have a pint at a great price, watch some sport, play some pool and get on the jukebox to pick your own bangers… the people there are amazing too.
