Bakehouse - Frederick

I love this place the best pastry in town. Dan, Marty and Julia are awesome. They all very kind and genuine people. When I see them, they always make me smile and make me feel so welcome. My husband loves almond croissants he said that one of the best he ever had. Menu changes every months and there’s always something special for every months and seasons. Little wait but totally worth it. I’m so glad Bakehouse is here in Frederick because it is my happiest place. I love you guys

These guys are the best. The croissants and pastries are out of this world. Huge portions for surprisingly affordable prices and the absolute best quality. Fluffy, yummy, buttery, delish. 100% worth the wait in the long line. I usually arrive early to get my pick of options, but today I arrived late (10:15 on a Thursday) and while there wasn’t much left, they hooked me up with a bunch of “imperfect” options on the house. While I enjoyed my coffee, I listened to them greet a bunch of customers by name and they even remembered peoples’ regular orders and threw in some more imperfect options on the house to make up for the slim selection. Great people, great food.

The best baked goods for at least an hour in any direction... We enjoyed a tiramisu cruffin, jalapeno popper mini croissants, a cinnamon sugar roll, a morning bun, cardamom coffee cake, a cream cheese danish, almond croissant, and more. Everything was one of a kind. Get there early if you want to skip the line, but even if you do wait in line it is more than worth it!

I normally don't write reviews, but Bakehouse is so fantastic, I has to do it! Aside from the fact that all our pastries were beautiful, fresh and completely delicious, the service was warm and welcoming. We ordered 1-2 of almost every item, and nothing disappointed. The staff took great care of us, and the bakery was clean and tidy. Would absolutely recommend !

The food is delicious and my personal favorite is the morning bun! The staff is super kind and personable and I really enjoyed my experience there. I will be returning soon!
