Buffalo Wild Wings - Frederick

I visited on Saturday afternoon at 4:00 with a companion. Our server was friendly, but it took 45 minutes to receive our order of 20 wings, potato wedges, and a salad. The food was quite good. However, our drinks were never refilled, and the staff did not clear any tables. Several dirty tables were left unattended by the waitstaff who walked right past them. Overall, this experience mirrored our last visit, and we’ve decided not to return.

I ordered extra wet buffalo wings, but what I received were dry wings with no sauce. This was my first time ordering from Buffalo Wild Wings in over a year, and I’m disappointed. I won’t be ordering from here again. This was my final experience with their food.

The pretzel knots were delicious, and the manager along with the team members were incredibly friendly. They offered us both a refund and a replacement. Excellent customer service!

Our first time here and it'll be the last time. this restaurant was dirty. the tables had to be traveled and there was müll throughout the etagen. we were hungry, so we stayed. I ordered a simple hamburger for my son and stressed that it had to have only meat on a small bread. it came out with cheese, so they had to open it again. the rest of us ordered traditional wings with all sauces on the side. When we finally got our wings, they were all covered with sauce. a few of them were covered in a sauce that we did not order, that was so spicy that they were almost useless. it took a good time to get our food and didn't want to wait any longer, so we ate the other wings. I have brought the mistakes to the attention of the waitress. she said she knew the kitchen was messing up our order, but she anyways brought it out instead of fixing it. She said she had her manager as part of our order, which did not happen. the manager didn't even come out to talk to us. when we left, the counter at which customers pick up orders had 3-4 sodatassen, which were clearly used, and other random rubbish sitting. it's like nobody at this place is proud of the jobs they do. it's sad to see.

Went at 8pm on a Friday and it was pretty quiet. However, it took a while to be seated. One of our appetizers didn’t arrive until we were done eating the entrées and ready to leave. The other came out cold. The biggest issue is that it was absolutely filthy everywhere. We were seated by a small kitchenette and the trash can was overflowing onto the floor. There was also trash all over the floors and tables. Some tables didn’t get bussed the entire time we were there.
