Fastest ride through I have ever seen... Starbucks to shame comparing the speed of service

This is a regrettable situation of a great situation, but bad staff. It has come to the point where my family KNOWS, when we go our order, will somehow be wrong. Either incorrectly prepared, take our order incorrectly or misunderstand our order. While we love Dunkin? we'd rather go to 40 and go elsewhere. Really disappointing, considering how great this place is for us, but not worth the headache.

I love this dunkin. My drinks are always great. The ride through is super fast and everyone is very nice. The board pick-up takes FOREVER but others than they are fantastic!

It's true that this is a Dunkin Donuts franchise, but the staff here really stands out. They are quick, courteous, and genuinely appreciate their customers. I prefer to patronize places where the staff expresses gratitude and wishes you a nice day, and this location excels in that regard.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is always friendly and welcoming. Since my kids play t-ball just down the road, I've been stopping by a few times a week for some caffeine and a quick snack for the kids, especially since dinner ends up being so late. I'm really glad we have this option in Waynesboro, though I can't believe it took so long for it to arrive!
