Five Guys - Frederick

Stopped by this location on a whim while traveling, and was very pleased with my decision. I placed my order online and it was very easy and quick. It said 7 minutes for pickup and I arrived after about 12 minutes and had to wait 10 minutes or so for my food despite there being no one (literally NO ONE) else in the restaurant. That was my only complaint. I ordered a little hamburger and little Cajun fries. The burger was cooked perfectly it was the best burger I've had at a fast food restaurant. The fries were good also, but a little too spicy. Employees were friendly and the restaurant was super clean. Convenient location right off of I70.

My burger was really delicious, and the delivery staff were great. Just make sure you have a friend to help with the deliveries!

Service was good . a little slow. Lobby was a mess. Stuff all over floor.

Customer service was fantastic. I got a little hamburger all the way, and had some of my dining companions' fries. They're generous with the toppings, especially pickles, which is awesome, but I thought the burger was mediocre. The fries were good. The peanuts are fun, but I don't get it. I probably won't go back here.

5 Youngs may boast a wall full of articles and accolades claiming they serve the best burgers around, but the reality is that their bacon cheeseburger is just average—not any better than the numerous greasy burger joints in Frederick. In fact, there are plenty of other places in the Frederick area that offer superior burgers at much more reasonable prices. I paid $17 for a bacon cheeseburger and a small drink from 5 Youngs, which feels excessive. I could have gone elsewhere and enjoyed a better burger for a tap less money. It's unfortunate that while the prices at 5 Youngs have skyrocketed, the quality of food and service has steadily declined. A trip for a burger and a small drink should deliver more value, not leave you feeling like you overpaid for a mediocre experience.
