The food was fresh and delicious from start to finish. The coleslaw was homemade and had a nice hint of dill pickles. The flounder was tender and moist, with a crispy exterior, and the deviled eggs topped with bacon bits were fantastic. I would give this place more than 5 stars. I highly recommend this hidden gem!

The toughest part about working with PIGS was choosing our menu. The meats, sides, and sauces are all so delicious that it took us some time to decide! We specifically recommend the brisket and smoked chicken, paired with cold green beans, roasted potatoes, and a seasonal salad. PIGS provides such generous portions that all our guests were well-fed, and there were plenty of leftovers. Unlike other weddings we've attended where food was scarce and guests went hungry, that was not an issue with PIGS. Many of our guests complimented the quality of both our dinner and cocktail offerings. The catering staff was professionally dressed and efficiently managed the food service, glassware, and cocktail hours. A thoughtful touch was that the staff ensured my wife and I had plenty to eat, which is often overlooked at weddings. We even took photos between the cocktail hour and dinner, and they made sure we returned to full plates of food at the reception. Lastly, PIGS did not charge us for the tasting, which was another great advantage over other catering providers. Overall, PIGS provided exceptional value, simplifying our wedding planning and making our big day even more special!

The food here is truly exceptional! I was so eager to dig in that I forgot to take a picture of my meal. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. We always leave fully satisfied, often taking home leftovers!

We chose PIGS BBQ for our wedding catering and it was such a great decision! Lisa was so responsive and helpful throughout the whole process until the big day. On our actual wedding day, the PIGS team was professional and worked seamlessly with all other providers. Owner?s brother greeted me and waited on me. He was friendly and gave outstanding service. I dined during the ?dead time? between lunch and dinner and was leery of the food being fresh. Ordered the pork shoulder and the loaded potato salad. Such an impressive plate, served with Jalapeño corn bread, fresh-made pickles, etc. The pork was hot and juicy, not fatty. The potato salad was a bit too heavy; however, everything else was absolutely perfect. I would highly recommend this establishment!
