Roy Rogers - Frederick

I happened to walk by and decided to stop in. This was, without a doubt, the best Roy Rogers I've ever visited in my 40 years! I grew up with one on my way to school, so I have many fond memories associated with it. I genuinely appreciate this place for giving me yet another happy memory!

The food was great, but the customer service was exceptional. The robennatron machine was out of order, but they quickly replaced it so I could enjoy my meal. The woman who took my order, Shakara, was fantastic. Since it was my first time at Roy's, she skillfully guided me through the menu and let me know that I needed to request toppings and sauces separately, as they didn’t come standard with the burger. She even went above and beyond by adding ketchup to my burger for me because I mentioned I didn’t want to get my suit dirty.
