Beans Greens - Fredericksburg

The Super Wally was tasty, Reuben just tasted nothing like a Reuben, cauliflower salad wasn’t anything special. Soup was the best part. Wrap portions are very small for $5 apiece. It’s too bad that healthy options are priced so high for many would-be healthy eaters. No wonder McDonald’s and other fast food is so popular for people on a budget. 2 tiny “wraps” more like a tortilla folded in half with a little filling, a little salad and a coffee cup of soup for $17! I ordered from an older menu and the wraps were $3 which is definitely more reasonable for what I got today. Bummer.

I had an excellent meal today. The food was delicious and fresh. I really appreciate their commitment to the environment and clean eating. I was very impressed with both dishes we tried. We'll definitely be returning!

I visited the Beans Greens food truck at the food truck park near our campground, and I tried a vegan dish that was absolutely delicious. Everything is made fresh to order, so it takes a little time, but it’s definitely worth the wait. The woman running the food truck was very friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend giving this place a try, even if you're not a vegetarian or vegan. As a meat lover, I still found the food to be fantastic.

Delicious tomato soup! It’s a refreshing change from the heavier dishes.
